Welcome to Evelyn's Shop Corner! We are an independent UK business specialising in 3D-printed gifts, personalised products, accessories, decorations and other creative items.
These Terms of Service explain the conditions that apply when you browse our website or purchase from us.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Evelyn's Shop Corner is operated independently by its sole-trader owner.
We operate as an online business and do not currently offer customer collection or visits.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, measurements, photographs and prices.
Because many products are 3D-printed, slight differences in colour, texture or surface finish may occur. However, all products must meet applicable quality, safety and description requirements.
Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
3. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
You will receive an order acknowledgement by email. This does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order.
We may contact you if an item is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, or we require clarification about personalisation.
If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will offer an appropriate alternative or refund.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).
The total price, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, will be displayed before you complete checkout.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Orders must be paid for in full before production or dispatch unless we expressly agree otherwise.
For personalised or custom-design orders, full payment is required before design or production work begins.
We reserve the right to change product prices, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
5. Personalised and Custom Orders
Some products can be personalised with names, colours, wording, designs or other details.
Customers are responsible for checking the accuracy of the personalisation details they submit.
We may contact you to confirm details before beginning production.
Where a custom design requires a separate quotation, we will agree the price and relevant specifications before payment.
By supplying images, artwork or wording, you confirm that you have permission to use that material for the requested purpose.
We may refuse requests that infringe intellectual property rights, are unlawful or cannot reasonably be produced.
If you need to amend a personalised order, please contact us promptly. We will try to accommodate changes, but this may not be possible once production has begun.
6. Production and Delivery
Most of our 3D-printed and made-to-order products require approximately 3–5 working days for production before dispatch.
Complex personalised products may take longer. Where applicable, we will communicate an extended timescale.
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery charges are calculated according to the available delivery services and will be displayed at checkout.
Eligible orders of £40 or more qualify for free standard UK delivery where this option is offered.
Tracked and express delivery services are charged separately, including on orders of £40 or more.
Express delivery does not reduce the production time required for made-to-order items.
Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific date has been expressly agreed.
Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of purchase.

7. Cancellations and Returns
For most non-personalised products purchased online, customers have the legal right to cancel within 14 days after receiving their goods, without giving a reason.
After notifying us of cancellation, customers generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Products made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised are generally excluded from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right.
This exception does not automatically apply simply because an item is 3D-printed or manufactured after purchase.
Customers remain entitled to their statutory remedies if any product is faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods
We take care when producing and packaging orders.

Please provide your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may help us investigate, but they are not a condition of exercising your statutory rights.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement depending on the circumstances.
Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
9. Product Safety and Intended Use
Customers should read and follow any safety instructions, age recommendations and product warnings supplied with their purchase.
Some products may contain small parts or components that could present a choking hazard.
Products intended for children will be subject to applicable product safety and toy safety requirements.
Age recommendations and warnings do not replace any legal safety obligations.
Products should be used only for their intended purpose.
Please stop using any product that becomes damaged or develops loose or broken components.
10. Digital Gift Cards
Where available, digital gift cards may be purchased in the denominations displayed on our website.
Gift cards are delivered electronically and may be redeemed against eligible purchases from Evelyn's Shop Corner.
Gift cards cannot normally be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
Any applicable expiry date, redemption conditions or restrictions will be clearly communicated before purchase.
Statutory cancellation and refund rights are not excluded by these terms.
11. Intellectual Property
Our original branding, photographs, product descriptions, website content and original designs are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise stated, these materials belong to Evelyn's Shop Corner or their respective rights holders.
You may not reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit protected content without appropriate permission.
Purchasing a physical product does not automatically transfer intellectual property rights in its design.
12. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to interfere with its operation or security.
You must not use the website for fraudulent, unlawful or unauthorised purposes.
We may take reasonable steps to protect our website, customers and business from misuse.
13. Privacy and Personal Information
We process personal information to manage orders, communicate with customers, arrange delivery and operate our business.
Our handling of personal information is explained in our separate Privacy Policy.
Payment information is processed through the payment providers made available at checkout.
14. Liability
We are responsible for losses caused by our breach of contract where those losses are reasonably foreseeable.
We do not exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory consumer rights.
Nothing in these terms removes any rights or remedies available to consumers under UK law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our business, products, website or legal requirements.
The terms applicable to an order will normally be those in effect when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law or expressly agreed.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Consumers retain any mandatory legal protections and rights to bring proceedings in courts available to them under applicable law.
