Returns and Refunds

Standard items
For most non-personalised goods purchased online, you have 14 days after receiving them to notify us that you wish to cancel, without giving a reason. You then have another 14 days to return them. Email us a clear cancellation statement. Please take reasonable care of returned items; a deduction may be made for excessive handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the direct return postage cost. We refund the item price and, where applicable, the cost of our cheapest standard delivery option, not any premium delivery surcharge. We will refund your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of posting, whichever is earlier.
Personalised items
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as a sign bearing a name you selected, are generally excluded from the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right. An item is not automatically exempt simply because it is printed after you order. Contact us promptly if you wish to request a change; changes may not be possible once production begins.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
All products, including personalised items, remain covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If something is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us with the order details. We will provide the remedy required by law, which may include repair, replacement or refund, and cover reasonable return postage where legally required.
Digital gift cards
Digital gift cards are delivered electronically. Applicable cancellation and refund rights depend on the circumstances and are not excluded by this policy. Contact us promptly with any questions.
