Delivery Policy
We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Collection is not available.
Most 3D-printed and made-to-order items take approximately 3–5 working days to produce before dispatch. Custom or complex personalised orders may take longer; we will agree any longer timescale with you. Production time is separate from delivery time.
Delivery charges depend on parcel size, weight and the service selected. Available options and prices will be shown at checkout before payment. Standard UK delivery is free on eligible orders of £40 or more. Tracked delivery and express delivery are always charged separately, even on orders of £40 or more. Express postage does not shorten production time.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed. Unless we agree otherwise, your goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of your order. If your order is late, lost or damaged in transit, please contact info@evelynscorner.co.uk with your order number. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
